Day by day itinerary:
Day1:   Live  in  Xi'an (D)  
Pick you  up from  xi'an  xianyang airport which is 50KM from  the  center of  the  city.In  the  afternoon,going  to  the  cook training  school,study  how  to   cook  Chinese cusine.Then  you can cook  one  dish  by yourself.
The Chinese diet is generally regarded as a healthy one. The Chinese are very concerned about eating habits which are seen as an important factor affecting health. There is a Chinese proverb "Illness starts from what goes into one's mouth while trouble starts from what comes out of it."   Local Specialty Dumpling Banquet     
Day2:   Live  in  Xi'an.(B+L+D)
After  breakfast , visit the the eighth wonder of the  world---the  famous Terracotta Warriors&Horses  Museum.For  Lunch,you  can  have  a  try  to  study  making  Chinese dumpling,dumpling  is  a  traditional food  in China, Making dumplings is really a team work. Usually all family members will join the work. In  some  time  it is required food for Chinese  people :celebrate  the  new year's  coming,sending  off the  friends...It  stands good  luck,good wishes... When  you  make  dumpling  in  China,you  will not  only  feel  so  interesting,but  also  understand the  Chinese  culture fully. The famous Tang dynasty garden-----Huaqing   Hot  Pool.  At  night, have  the  local  famous  Tang  dynasty  Singing  and  Dancing Show.
Terracotta  Warriorsand Horses Museum(Pit No.1,No.2,No.3,Bronze  Chariots  and watch tht Circle Movie);Discovered accidentally in 1974, this incredible army of over 7000 soldiers, archers, horses and chariots in full battle array has guarded Emperor Qin's tomb since 210BC. Each figure is unique, and the painstaking repair and excavation continues in 3 pits which are protected inside huge hangars. 1.5 hours from Xian, there is also an excellent museum and film about the history of the vaults. Photos (no flash) are allowed.A pair of comfortable walking shoes is necessary.   
 Huaqing Hot Spring;The Huaqing Hot Spring, located at the foot of Lishan hill("Mt. Li"), Lisahn Mountain is covered with pines and cypress and looks very much like a dark green galloping horse from a long distance away. In ancient times, a strong black stallion called "Li", and this is how it got its present name, Lishan. Emperor Qin's  Mausoleum.
Day3: Depart from xi'an  (B+L)    
Visit  the  landmark  of  Xi'an-----the  Ming City  Wall and  the Big Wild  Goose Pagoda. The Xian City Wall is not only the most complete city wall that has survived in China, but it's also one of the largest and most complete ancient military systems of defense in the world. The city walls here were actually built on the fortifications of the Tang Forbidden City. the Big Wild Goose Pagoda is one of the best-known Buddhist pagoda in China. See  off  to  the  airport  after  lunch.

Big Wild Goose Pagoda: The pagoda (7 floors,64.5meters high) where widely renowned Master Xuanzang (Monk Tripitaka) stored his scriptures that he brought back from India. It is the landmark of the ancient capital city - Xian.
