Large-scaled shopping malls with luxury goods of super brands are everywhere to be found in the city center, such as Beijing Friendship Store, Shin Kong Palace, Lufthansa Center and Parkson.

There are plenty of departmental stores in Beijing, offering productsranging from fashions, cosmetics, jewelries to household electrical equipments.Most of these products are of world famous brands associated with high quality.Customers may pay by credit cards for their purchases at these department stores.Most of them also have ATM counters for the convenience of the customers.

Beijing Friendship Store

Opened in 1964 with a floor area of 9,000 square meters, it is one of the largest departmental stores with a long history in Beijing. There are nearly 56,000 different products in the store, including clothes, cigarettes, jewelries, cameras and Chinese herbal medicine. Additionally, it is an ideal place for tourists as there are many traditional folk products being sold here, such as jade, curio, silk, cloisonn¨¦, calligraphy and Chinese painting.
With the upcoming Beijing Olympic Games, an Olympic licensed store has just opened in the Friendship Store, offering memorabilia like clothes, badges, caps and cases, amongst others.

Shin Kong Place
Known as one of the most luxurious shopping centers in Beijing, it was opened only recently in 2007. There are many specialty shops catering to world famous brands like Gucci, Prada, Juicy, Anna Sui and Channel. There is even an entertainment street on the 1st floor underground.

You Yi Shopping City (Beijing Lufthansa Center)

Beijing Yansha Outlets
Yansha Outlets is the first shopping center controlled directly under Lufthansa Friendship Shopping Center.

Parkson

Grand Pacific

On the second and third floor, there are many women fashions from international famous designers and world known brands. Men's clothes are on the fifth floor. In the first floor underground, you can find caf¨¦s, KFC and other restaurants with table delicacies. ATM counter is also located there.
