Day by day itinerary 
Day01:Arrive in Beijing
Pick up at Beijing International airport and transfer to the hotel.The rest time is for yourself to discover the beauty of Beijing.
Day02:Beijing [B+L+D]
Visit Tian'anmen square and the Forbidden City, which is the largest ancient imperial palaces group in the world with 500 years history.
In the afternoon Visit the Temple of Heaven - the largest ancient imperial worship architecture group in the world.
The Beijing Duck Dinner is served at the original, century-old Quan Ju De restaurant and then you will be entertained by Peking Opera performance at a famous Theatre.
Day03:Beijing [B+L+D]
Drive to the Badaling Great Wall, which is 60 miles away from downtown and about 1.5 hour's driving. After lunch, drive (20 minutes) to the Ming Tombs, the best preserved Chinese imperial tombs with 500 years history .
The a la carte dinner is served at a famous resturamt in the Wangfujing area.
Day04 Beijing [B+L+D]
Visit the Summer Palace and the Lama temple . The Summer palace is the largest and most beautiful Chinese imperial garden .
Day05 Beijing-Xian [B+L+D]
Shannxi History Museum, visit to Banpo Ancient Village - the remains of a neolithic village dating back 6000 years.
Day06 Xian [B+L+D]
In the morning walk on the ancient City Wall which was built in 1370 A .D .
Visit the Great Mosque,Bell tower and Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Big wild Goose Pagoda is the ancient Buddhism temple, and museum for the famous monk-Xuan Zang.
At night,enjoy the local speciality-the Dumpling Banquet, you will be entertained with the marvelous Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show. 
Day07Xian-Lhasa [B+L+D]
Take flight to Lhasa. Be greeted and offered a white scarf (called Hada) in a Tibet traditional way which brings you good luck. Have a rest for the acclimation after arrive Lhasa city.
Day08 Lhasa [B+L+D]
In the morning visit the Potalapalace,which is built by Songtsan Gambo , ruler of the Tubo Kingdom. The Potala Palace, built on the Potala Hill (Red Hill), is an extremely magnificent castle, the only example in ancient China and a masterpiece rare even in world architectural history.
This afternoon, visit Jokhang temple, it is the first built during the period of Sontsan Gambo in the 7th century, it is also the first monastery for most pilgrims to visit as it is widely recognized as the spiritual center of Tibetan Buddhism. Surrounding the Jokhang temple is Barkhor Bazaar,you can find many local product at there.
Day09 Lhasa [B+L+D]
In the morning visit Drepung monastery, the biggest monastery in Tibet which was created in 1416 and the second, third and fourth Dalai Lama had resided in. In the afternoon visit Sera monastery, which was created in 1419 and has always been an important Buddhist seminary. As rose are planted everywhere in the monastery, it is also called "the court of wild rose". Today still 200 lamas live in there. You may enjoy the exciting scripture debating there.
Day 10 Lhasa--Gyantse--Shigatse [B+L+D]
Drive to Gyantse, you will take a chance to enjoy the scenery of Yamdrok lake , is one of the three most sacred lakes in Tibet. Palkhor monastery is the main attractions of Gyantse town. Arrive at Shigatse this afternoon.
Day 11 Shigatse-Lhasa [B+L+D]
Visit Tashilumpo monastery ,is one of the biggest monastery in Tibet, the residence of Panchen Lama. Drive(300KM) back to Lhasa.
Day12 Lhasa-Shanghai [B+L]
In the morning visit Tibet family. Take a flight to Shanghai, pick up and transfer to hotel.
Day 13 Shanghai [B+L+D]
Visit the Shanghai Museum, the Yuyuan Garden, the Bund and a local family. Enjoy a Portman Acrobatic Show at the Shanghai Centre Theatre.
Day 14 Exit Shanghai [B]
See off. Take flight to your next destination.
