Day by day itinerary 
Day01:Arrive in Beijing
Pick up at Beijing International airport and transfer to the hotel.The rest time is for yourself to discover the beauty of Beijing.
Day02:Beijing [B+L+D]
Visit Tian'anmen square and the Forbidden City, which is the largest ancient imperial palaces group in the world with 500 years history.
In the afternoon Visit the Temple of Heaven - the largest ancient imperial worship architecture group in the world.
The Beijing Duck Dinner is served at the original, century-old Quan Ju De restaurant and then you will be entertained by Peking Opera performance at a famous Theatre.
Day03:Beijing [B+L+D]
Drive to the Badaling Great Wall, which is 60 miles away from downtown and about 1.5 hour's driving. After lunch, drive (20 minutes) to the Ming Tombs, the best preserved Chinese imperial tombs with 500 years history .
The a la carte dinner is served at a famous resturamt in the Wangfujing area.
Day04 Beijing [B+L+D]
Visit the Summer Palace and the Lama temple . The Summer palace is the largest and most beautiful Chinese imperial garden . 
Day05 Beijing-Lhasa [B+L]
Take a morning flight to Lhasa. Be greeted and offered a white scarf (called Hada) in a Tibet traditional way which brings you good luck. Have a rest for the acclimation after arrive Lhasa city.
Day06 Lhasa [B+L+D]
In the morning visit the Potala palace,which is built by Songtsan Gambo , ruler of the Tubo Kingdom. The Potala Palace, built on the Potala Hill (Red Hill), is an extremely magnificent castle, the only example in ancient China and a masterpiece rare even in world architectural history.
This afternoon, visit Jokhang temple, it is the first built during the period of Sontsan Gambo in the 7th century, it is also the first monastery for most pilgrims to visit as it is widely recognized as the spiritual center of Tibetan Buddhism. Surrounding the Jokhang temple is Barkhor Bazaar,you can find many local product at there.
Day07 Lhasa [B+L+D]
Visit Norbulingka, the summer palace of Dalai Lama, then visit Tibet Museum to know the culture and civilization of Tibetan. You will enjoy the exciting lection debating in Sera monastery this afternoon. visit the local Tibetan family, you can feel Tibetan culture and religion vividly.
Day 08 Lhasa - Gyantse [B+L+D]
Drive 300km paved road to Gyantse, a famous historical town in Tibet, en-route, you will cross the Karo La Pass (5010m) and the Khamba La Pass (4800m) with a beautiful panorama of the Yamdrok Yumtso Lake and Karo La glacier. This afternoon, visit Pelkhor Monastery and its Kumbu Stupa.
Day 09 Gyantse - Shigatse [B+L+D]
Drive 90km well-paved road to Shigatse, the second largest city in Tibet. one the way you can take a chance to Shalu monastery. This afternoon, visit Tashilumpo Monastery.the residence of Panchen Lama.
Day 10 Shigate - Shegar [B+L+D]
Drive 300km to Shegari. The best place for trekking preparation.
Day 11 Trek to Lunjia Village (5-6hrs)

Day 12 Trek to Drokpa before Lamala Pass. (5hrs)

Day 13 Cross Lamala and trek to Drakchu river. (56hrs)

Visit the Shanghai Museum, the Yuyuan Garden, the Bund and a local family. Enjoy a Portman Acrobatic Show at the Shanghai Centre Theatre.
Day 20 Exit Shanghai [B]
See off. Take flight to your next destination.
